Sneak Peak of the Outdoor Collection

We are very excited about a new collection that will be officially launching soon, and as a World of Stock client we are giving you an advance look. We are in the process of gathering together many of the best outdoor and adventure shooters in the world. From what we have seen so far, once the collection is complete it is destined be one of the best of it's kind, anywhere. The theme of this collection will be "Get Outdoors", meaning it will encompass anything to do with people in the great outdoors, from adventure sports to families, to lifestyle and spectacular scenery.

Thanks for helping make 2007 another great year!

Continuing to build on our reputation as "the little independent stock library that could", I am extremely happy to report that 2007 was another significant growth year for us. Quite an accomplishment in a marketplace which is becoming saturated with choices for the buyer!

We increased the size of our library to over 140,000 Royalty Free and Rights Managed images and added another 20 or so great photographers in 2007. The most significant thing however is that we continued to be found by more and more great clients like you, and we continue to hear that you like our personalized customer care and hassle free web site. I only hope that we can continue this trend. We don't intend to be the biggest stock photo library out there, that's just not going to happen, but I sincerely hope we can be viewed as one of the best in terms of image quality, customer service and ease of doing business. On behalf of our small but dedicated team, I am looking forward to continuing to supply you with great images in 2008.

The Perfect Lightbox

For those that may not know, a lightbox is basically a way to keep track of images you are potentially interested in using. You can use the lightbox as a way to shortlist your selections, get feedback about them and then easily link to other features of the web site. We are currently in the process of a major re-design of our lightbox tools to make them more intuitive and even more powerful, especially in a shared environment.
