We have tried to make the ordering and pricing as straightforward as possible. With the tools on this website it is possible to order images in a number of different formats and many different payment options, including all major credit cards.
Images can be delivered to you either electronically using a secure download page, or via physical shipping on CD, DVD (special order) or prints in a wide variety of sizes and finishes.
The Shopping and Checkout Process, while supplying a lot of flexibility has been designed to be as simple to follow as possible and is divided into 4 logical steps, explained below.

Web Download: If you use the instant download button, the image will be available as soon as payment is confirmed. You can have the image within a few minutes. If image is not available for instant download they will be placed in a secure location within 24 hours or less and you will be supplied with download instructions through e-mail | No extra charges |

Prints: If you prefer, you can order an image as a print is sizes from 4X6 to 16X20 (image quality permitting). We will perform high quality printing through a 3rd party and ship you the prints within 7-10 days or less. There is no royalty free usage associated with this. | Charges on a per print basis, you don't have to pay for the royalty free license, single use only. Shipping charges will also apply. |
In addition to various media options you can also order the images in 3 possible sizes. This way you only pay for the image size you need for your particular application. Each image size will be analyzed and you will only be able to purchase the sizes which are available for that image.

| Small | Small Size: Best Suited for website or multimedia work, including PowerpointŪ presentations from 550 pixels image width or height. May also be suitable for printing up to approximately business card size only or for lower resolution video/multimedia applications. |
| Medium | Medium Size: Suitable for high resolution multimedia applications such as PowerpointŪ or video presentations, or some printing applications, from 1600 image width or height, depending on orientation. For printing this size is suitable up to a range of approximately 4" X 6", or approximately one third of a letter size page. |

How to Calculate Print Size:Most printing applications and services require a minimum of 300 DPI (dot per inch), however in some applications (such as newsprint) this may be lower. To calculate how large an image will print to, follow this guide; Dimension in Pixels / DPI = Size in Inches So an image of 3600 pixels wide by 2400 pixels high
printed at 300 DPI will work out to 12 inches Wide by 8 inches High |

Sizing Tips:

If your image requirement calls for it, we can customize a size or format to meet your specifications. In many cases an image can be produced that is much larger than the full size shown with minimal or no quality loss. There will be a small additional charge for this service. Here are some examples;
- TIFF file delivery via FTP access (add $30 to $50 to listed prices, 24 hour
turnaround)
- Custom size and resolution to meet your layout specifications (add $40 or
more to
listed prices, 24 hour turnaround via email or FTP)
- Format conversion from JPG to other (TIFF, PSD, EPS, AIF, PDF, other, add
$40 to listed prices, 24 hour turnaround via email or FTP)
- Upsizing using industry leading interpolation tools and a real human
editor (add $40 or more to XL price, includes TIFF file delivery via FTP access,
normally with 48
hour turnaround)
- Convert to Grayscale or Sepia tone (no extra charge on L or XL sizes, add
$25 on S or M, file downloaded from our site)
- Add mask / layer mask / object isolation ($50 to $200, specific to image,
please call for quote, includes FTP delivery of PSD file 48-72 hours)
- Adjustment layers - up to 10 versions of the same image to choose from
($50 to $200, specific to image, please call for quote, includes FTP
delivery of PSD file 48-72 hours)

How to Order Single Images using Instant Payment and Download
In a hurry? We have tried to make it as easy and quick as possible for you to find and purchase a specific image or group of images. If you only want to purchase a single image at a time and wish to be able to utilize our Instant Download feature you may find it easier to use the 'Buy Now' buttons.
Once you've determined the size you need simply click '...more' and then the 'Buy Now' button beside the size you wish to purchase, or click on the price itself to go directly to the heckout page..
Buy Now button indicates that
the image is available for instant download. As soon as your credit card is
approved, you will be taken to a page where you can download the image
immediately. If the image is not available for instant download you will not see
this button.
How to Order Multiple Images Using Lightbox and Shopping Cart
When you plan to possibly purchase more than one image or you wish to purchase the image as a CD or Print, using the Lightbox and Shopping Cart functions together is the way to go...
Add Lightbox contents to your cart
The best way to order multiple items is to utilize the Ligthbox feature and group together the items you wish to purchase. Once you are happy with the contents of your lightbox you can add the entire thing to your cart in one step.
To add the album to you cart just click on the
add to cart icon
while viewing lightbox. You will then be taken to a page where you need to
select the initial size. You can also select 'Price / Buy (ALL or SELECTED)' from the dropdown menu in the lightbox.
Step 1: Viewing/Modifying the Items in your cart
At each step in the shopping process you will see a box at the top of the page that looks like this. Note: Due to updates in the website from time to time the colors or style may be different from these examples.
This will help guide you through the main steps and tell you where you are in the sequence. In this case we are at step 1
You can view the status of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link from the main navigation bar. Let's go through an example showing each step along the way.
In this example we have a shopping cart with three images contained.
To change the image size (stock photo download only) you can select a new size from the dropdown menu. The total price will be recalculated.
You can remove any of these items from the cart by simply pressing the
Remove button.
To confirm you purchased the correct item, you can view a preview of the image by clicking on the item number.
If you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, the next
step would be to review your media charges and shipping method. Press
to move on to the next step. You can also Go Back
or Clear ALL items from the Cart by clicking 
NOTE: Once you Proceed you will no longer be able to change the quantities or sizes in the cart.
Step 2: Media and Shipping Options (only required for prints)
If none of your items require shipping (all items are downloaded) you will bypass this step and go directly to the checkout (step 3).
There is now a drop down menu at the bottom where you need to select the shipping options you require. If all of the items you selected were via web download you would not be required to select any shipping options. The shipping options are discussed in more detail here.
Again press
to move on to the checkout
Once you click on Proceed to Checkout you will be taken to the checkout page where you will need to fill in your billing and shipping information. You will not be required to fill in credit card details yet.
Before getting too far, you should make sure you have agreed to the license agreement. You must check off this box before proceeding.
If you think you may be visiting us again at some point in the future (and we hope you do..) you may want to save your settings for next time. If so make sure this box is selected.
Save this information
for next time
The next time you visit the shopping cart this information will come up automatically (uses cookies on your machine that expire after 90 days).
This is an optional feature that is purely designed to save you time but if you choose not to use it you simply uncheck the box.
If you have already saved the information and you are visiting again, you information will be there for you and if you choose to you can make changes to it by selecting.

Fill in all of the mandatory billing fields (marked with a *). If you require shipping you can either fill in the separate shipping address or, as a timesaver, check this button

Moving down the page, you will see a preview of your order, including total cost. If you are a Canadian resident you will have Federal Goods and Service Tax (GST) automatically added to your total, otherwise no tax will be added.
Below that will be the payment area that looks something like this. The wording and options may be different depending on the types of products you are purchasing. If you are ordering on an approved account you will not need to enter the credit card information as the amount will be billed to your account.
Next you need to decide on your payment option. See the payment options section for more details on the options available to you. In addition to the billing information above you will need to select your card type, card number, expiry date and security code (see link beside security code for details). In order to avoid a failed transaction please double check the information before submitting. You will be given an opportunity to review and confirm the information before final submission.
Once you are satisfied with the information, press

mandatory fields are not filled out correctly you will receive an error message
highlighting the missing fields. Please ensure this information is accurate.

Order Status and Image Download
Once checkout is complete and your payment has been approved you will be directed to a confirmation link that looks something like this;
Pressing 'Proceed' will take you to the page where you can download the images (for stock photo downloads) and will also trigger an e-mail from us (this is why entering the correct e-mail address is so important). This e-mail will contain a link to the same 'order status' page. This Order Status page will contain a summary of your order and information on the current status. You can continue to check back as the order progresses.
Once the order is shipped, if you had the order shipped through a courier service, such as UPS, you can track the waybill (shipment number) until it arrives at your location.

Our ultimate desire is to ship you a product which is of a high caliber and free of defects. We will replace any product which does not meet the stated quality level. If we cannot replace the product to your satisfaction you may be eligible for a refund based on the following terms and conditions.
We will provide a full refund on downloaded images purchased within 14 days of download for any of the following reasons;

Refund/Exchange Policy on Prints: Any prints, framed or unframed that are received defective or damaged will be replaced by our printing partners as per their policy. We will make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. No refunds are given. Due to the personalized nature of prints we cannot replace items unless they are defective. All replacements are done on like photos only.
