Order Status / Retrieve Images

If you have ordered Images and have yet to download the images, please first off check your Order Confirmation email. It contains a direct link to the download page. If you have not received the email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders as sometime it may go in there inadvertantly. Note that if you are ordering from us for the FIRST TIME you will need to use the link in the Order Confirmation email in order to verify your email address. If you are already verified you can fill in the information below OR proceed directly to the Order Status Page

Your Order Number  This is referenced on the Order Confirmation email and also on the checkout page.
Your email address  This must be exactly the same as the email used to place the order.

Problems with Image Download / Incomplete Image
If you are able to access the image download page but are receiving incomplete images, this may be due to an interruption in the file transfer process and/or a browser caching issue. You may find that part of image may be "greyed out" or missing. To resolve this please do the following;
  1. Go back to the download page by either using the Back button on your browser or re-clicking on the download link in the Order Confirmation email.
  2. Select your download option and the checkbox that says 'reset download' and press 'Get File'.
  3. If you chose Option 1 (download to desktop), wait until the loading animation is complete and then save the file again, overwriting the previous version.
  4. If you chose Option 2 (download to browser), wait until the image loads entirely. This may take some time, especially on Large and X-Large sizes. If the image is still incomplete that most likely means your browser is caching the old version of the file. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard and press the 'refresh' or 'reload' button on your browser. This forces the page to completely reload.
  5. If, after trying this several times and switching download options, and you are still not succesful, please contact Customer Service and we will help you resolve this.

Home Button, clicking on this will always take you to the home page.
Previous Button, takes you to the previous image or previous page of images.
Next Button, takes you to the next image or next page of images.
Up Button, takes you back to the top of the page.
View Closeup, same as clicking the thumbnail. Will take you to a closeup view of an image.
Prints Button, allows you to preview the image as a print, or from the lightbox, preview your lightbox contents as prints.

Lightbox Controls
Add to Lightbox, allows you to add the image to your lightbox.
Remove from Lightbox, removes the image if already in Lightbox.
Add contents of your Lightbox to the Shopping Cart
Clear contents of your Lightbox.
Find out if you are eligible for volume discounts.
Save the current Lightbox to our database.
Open a previously save Lightbox
Emails the current or last saved Lightbox

Need 3 images or more? Volume discounts will be applied automatically when you check out your lightbox. These discounts go up in value the more images that are in your lightbox - it's automatic.

If however you are looking at a very large or ongoing image purchase please contact us to arrange special pricing for your company or project.

Calibrate Monitor

To ensure you get the most accurate view of the images on our site be sure to calibrate your monitor's brightness level using the handy guide below. To calibrate your monitor, adjust the brightness and/or contrast level so that you can see subtle differences between all the dark and light shades on the bar below.
